SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING & PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES
All WENSZKY jewelry pieces are handcrafted in our Budapest studio.
- Ready-to-Ship Pieces: Orders for in-stock jewelry are dispatched within 2–4 business days.
- Made-to-Order & Bespoke Commissions: Each piece is cast and hand-finished individually. Production lead times typically take 4–8 weeks from order confirmation. You will receive an email update once your piece has completed casting and quality control.

SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIMES
All orders are shipped with end-to-end tracking and insurance. Shipping rates are calculated and applied at checkout based on destination.

Domestic (Hungary):
- Courier / Foxpost / GLS / MPL: 1–3 business days from dispatch.

European Union:
- Tracked Courier Service (GLS / DHL): 3–7 business days from dispatch.

International (Rest of World):
- Express / Priority Tracked Airmail (FedEx / DHL / National Post): 5–12 business days depending on customs clearance.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your package is handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your official tracking number and tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking status to update.

CUSTOMS, TAXES & IMPORT DUTIES
- European Union: No customs duties or additional import taxes apply to orders delivered within EU member states.
- International Orders (Outside the EU): Shipments may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, and customs handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer. WENSZKY has no control over these fees and cannot predict their exact amounts.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS & TRANSIT ISSUES
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If the packaging or the item shows visible structural damage, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours at wenszky@wenszky.com so we can assist in resolving the issue with the courier.
