This website and online store (www.wenszky.com) is operated by Péter Wenszky E.V. ("WENSZKY", "we", "us", "our"). Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to WENSZKY. WENSZKY offers this website, including all information, tools, products, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"), including our Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

SECTION 2 - HANDCRAFTED CHARACTERISTICS & NATURAL VARIATIONS
Each WENSZKY piece is individually handcrafted from solid precious metals (sterling silver .925, solid gold) and selected natural gemstones/minerals.
Due to our organic casting, wax sculpting, and manual metalworking techniques, no two pieces are identical. Subtle variations in surface texture, molten details, oxidization levels, metal weight, and natural stone color/inclusions are intended characteristics of authentic artisan jewelry and do not constitute non-conformity or manufacturing defects.
Product imagery reflects items as accurately as possible; however, actual colors and textures may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

SECTION 3 - BESPOKE COMMISSIONS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
When placing an order or commission, you make an offer to purchase. WENSZKY reserves the right to accept or decline orders at its discretion.
For custom commissions, made-to-order pieces, and individualized sizes, the customer acknowledges that under Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.) Section 29 (1)(c) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(c), the 14-day right of withdrawal without justification is legally excluded.
Customers are responsible for providing correct sizing (EU ring size, chain length). Sizing adjustments post-fabrication may incur workshop service fees.

SECTION 4 - PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices displayed are gross prices in effect at the time of purchase. Shipping fees are calculated and applied at checkout.
We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. Payment is processed securely via integrated online checkout providers (Shopify Payments / Stripe). Electronic invoices are issued for every transaction.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTION TIMELINES & SHIPPING
Ready-to-ship pieces dispatch within 2–4 business days. Custom and made-to-order pieces follow estimated production timelines (typically 4–8 weeks) depending on casting schedule.
All orders are shipped with tracking via insured courier services (such as GLS, Foxpost, DHL, or national postal carriers). In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, risk of loss and accidental damage passes to the customer upon physical receipt of the package by the customer or a designated third party. External shipping damage must be documented with the courier immediately upon receipt.

SECTION 6 - JEWELRY CARE & WARRANTY
Precious metals and organic finishes require careful maintenance. We provide legal warranty (kellékszavatosság) against structural manufacturing faults in accordance with the Hungarian Civil Code (Ptk.).
Warranty strictly excludes damages caused by improper wear, mechanical trauma, deformation, exposure to household chemicals, chlorine, perfumes, or accidental damage after delivery.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, jewelry models, wax carvings, photographs, graphics, branding, text, and visual media on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of WENSZKY and are protected under Act LXXVI of 1999 on Copyright. Any reproduction, distribution, imitation, or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 8 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary and applicable European Union regulations.
In the event of an unresolved dispute, consumers in Hungary are entitled to contact the competent conciliation board:
